Find peace & tranquility in this sweet & stylish space with views of a lake, forest & farmland. Experience solitude & privacy with only a small distant cottage in sight. Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊

Belle Vue´s Red Room - a relaxing escape

Belle Vue´s Red Room. Located 1,2km from merimbula town center. It has spectacular views overlooking Top Lake and Bay, 65 meters above sea level. This BnB is located beneath the owner’s home. There is a flights of stairs, (22 steps), down to the Red Room. Only 1,2 km to town (15 min walk), yet secluded and surrounded by dense greenery on the edge of a nature reserve of bush land. The boardwalk is just a 7 minute walk away. Please Note: Outdoor kitchen with amenities.

Superior Cottage 4 Berth (2 Queen)

The 2 bedroom Superior Cottage is one of 21 cottages. It is fully self contained, featuring tasteful decor and fittings. Air-conditioned with Queen bed in the main bedroom and a Queen bed in the second bedroom. Separate bathroom, open plan living area with log fire, large flat screen TV, DVD player, Nespresso coffee machine and outdoor gas BBQ. All bedding and linen is supplied including toiletries and a starter pack of amenities.

Mimosa is situated on the popular coastal drive between Bermagui & Tathra on the far south coast of NSW. The 250 acre property sits in a tranquil valley between the mountains & the sea. The cottage is within an easy walk through the vineyard to our award winning restaurant. The cottage is the original house on the property, with this comes rustic features that add to its charm. The house is clean, comfortable and family-friendly.
