A duplex unit with 2 bedrooms & bathroom upstairs (shower). Main bedroom has a double bed, the 2nd room has 2 single beds. Downstairs is the kitchen/lounge with a single sleeper couch for a child up to 13. Covered patio with braai area. No air-con.
