Classic Comfort by the Park

Beautiful large self-contained private apartment attached to main home, with own entrance and patio. It has a large open plan living space, with TV Netflix & Stan. A kitchenette and dining area and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchenette has a large fridge/freezer, an induction hotplate, microwave, electric frypan, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. It does not have an oven. The bedroom has a quality Queen bed and linen. The bathroom has full-size bath and shower.

Surrounded by a number of local cafes, bars and restaurants, 2 local IGA's and 2 large shopping centres only a short drive away.

A beautiful newly built, self contained, fully furnished apartment with private entrance. We are located in a beautiful, quiet suburb 20 mins from Perth CBD and a short walk to Edith Cowan University, Yellagonga Regional Park and Joondalup CBD.
