This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Come stay at this rustic, unique, hand sculpted cob earth house in the heart of the gold country surrounded by wilderness. The house is magical inside and out, with unique curved walls and ceilings, facing a seasonal pond and home to much wildlife. Sit outside at night under the Milky Way, watching shooting stars and listening to toads in the pond. Please note the bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom is down an external staircase. There is no oven.

The Big House on the Lake.

The Big House on the Lake is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The house is right on the lake making it easy to go fishing, boating, paddling, swimming, kayaking or water-skiing. You can sit on the deck and watch the water foul as they become part of the scenery and just relax. The top part is available for air bnb families, the bottom part is locked as it is used for event space with no sleeping quarters.

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft from room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft.
