Serenity by the Sea is a non-smoking (if you are a cigarette smoker please do not book here), private studio beach front cottage off the Placencia Sidewalk in the heart of Placencia Village. Its your tropical home away from home and is only 80 ft from the waters edge. Its location makes the perfect getaway for couples or a few close friends. It sleeps two people comfortably with a queen size bed, while the full size futon could sleep another person. Your little piece of paradise awaits you....

Main floor has a dinning room, an open living room w/2 twin beds that can convert to a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, large smart TV with Wi-Fi & cable throughout the house. LUNA ROOM is a nice quiet cozy, clean and comfy room for a SOLO TRAVELER or a COUPLE , with its own private hot and cold shower, tile and varnish wood floor, with a nice shared veranda. Air Condition, ceiling fan, small fridge, Electric kettle, a nice little court yard where you can hang, mingle and have a chat with the other guest, or play a little with Luna (our Pit bull dog) she is very friendly and loving with guest.
