Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

This house sleeps 2 in the single bedroom. We have tried to provide every amenity for a relaxing stay. Ideally situated across from the Rock Bluff boat ramp for the boating and fishing enthusiasts. The Rock Bluff General Store is right next door, Rock Bluff Springs is across the street.

This is our farm where we have free roaming chickens, dogs and cats. Your well behaved small pets are more than welcome to join you during your visit. There are many springs nearby, all within 10-30 minutes away. Escape from the city and enjoy the tranquil country life.

Enjoy s'mores on the private fire pit just off your porch and look at the gorgeous star filled skies.
