Ride your MTB bike a short distance to access Little Sugar right from our suite. We are a short drive to Bella Vista dining, shopping, and golfing. Drive 5 miles to access the northern end of Slaughter Pen Trails. Drive 7 miles to access Coler Preserve North Trail. Interested in birding and beautiful waterfalls - Tanyard Creek is a 1.5-mile drive from the unit.

Kitchenette (full fridge,4-burner cooktop, microwave), bathroom, and a LEESA queen-sized bed and futon for up to 3 guests. Quiet upscale neighborhood. Hosts live in main house and are easy to reach if needed. EASY ACCESS to I-49 and 2.6 miles to downtown Bentonville & the trail system. Covered deck (not seen from street), or locked shed for securing bikes. Bike wash. No pets.
