Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Gated parking in the property.

Casavalery, a studio apartment, consists of 1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a kitchen, and a living area where there is a sofa bed, a double bed with two bedside tables and a wardrobe. The apartment has independent heating, air conditioning , satellite TV, wi-fi internet, washing machine, outdoor parking, lift, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with magnificent lake view, equipped with table and chairs. Sheets, towels and kitchen linen are included. The tourist tax is 3€ per person per day.

Apartment Charming and Comfortable , with a Lot Sunlight , and the Very Welcoming , located in Quiet Area, only 10/12 min. from the center of Bellagio, belonged to the artist Clacò , with terrace and Marvelous Overlooking the Lake ! Convenient Car Private Parking ! Note Well : From March 1st to October 31st in Bellagio there is a City Tax which consists of 3 Euro per person per day. Children under twelve years old do not pay. The City Tax is paid in Cash Upon Arrival .
