It is also surrounded by the best hunting and fishing locations in the Mid-west.The house is located only 10 miles from Lovewell State Park, 10 miles from the Jamestown Marsh Wildlife area, and 40 miles from Waconda Lake . Also, Belleville, Beloit and Concordia are all within a 30 minute drive.

Escape to beautiful, rural Kansas with this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with en suite bathroom and jetted bathtub. A stocked, modern kitchen, bar and 2 dining areas make this the perfect place to gather with family or friends. Mankato offers unique local stores, restaurants, art gallery, music events, beautiful park, public pool, nearby lake and attractions, seasonal hunting and fishing, and a happy small town vibe.
