*PLENTY OF FREE STREET PARKING* This is a very small studio apt in the up and coming town of Bellevue, just a 10 min drive to downtown and the stadiums. It is on the 2nd floor of my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad. The entance stairwell and laundry is a common space, as there's 2 other units. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Unfortunately this space it too small for pets, NO PETS

There are framed Warhol prints throughout, and the wonderful Warhol Museum is less than 10 minutes away by car (or 20 if you take the corner bus). ACRISURE STADIUM can be reached via car in 15 minutes by car, as can PNC Park and downtown Pittsburgh (or 20-30 minutes by bus). Millvale has a massive amount of charm, with many of the same attributes of Lawrenceville at a lower price point. We're right over the bridge from Lawrenceville & a 5-minute drive to downtown & the North shore stadiums.

There is another Airbnb above this unit, and an owners area below this unit. Also, the apartment is located on a Main Street, If you are a light sleeper this may not be the unit for you.
