Outfitted with lots of places to sleep including one set of bunk beds as well as a small guest house, this is a great place for a family get away. Walkable to town!

We are also very close to Wine Country, North Fork, The Hamptons & Fire Island. Our backyard is designed with summer in mind, our pool is heated paired with sun beds. And we’re barbecue season ready!

Fire Island is a ferry ride away, Manhattan is one hour by train and the Hamptons are a 25 minute ride.15 minutes from the restaurants and coffee shops in Patchogue and just a couple of minutes from Bellport Village.
