Though other guests share the property, this space is yours to enjoy. 5 min to Lake Winni, 20 min to Wolfeboro, 25 min to Gunstock & Bank of NH Pavilion.

The Barn

Welcome to The BARN! You can expect to feel tucked away in the trees in this cozy, rustic, yet chic space. Thoughtful lighting, fine linens and furnishings with a spacious and private deck off the back to sit and enjoy nature or entertain. Miles of wooded forest is this location; if you’re looking to escape the city or a busy life, this is the perfect place to explore, relax and revive. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Rustic cabin in the heart of the Lakes Region, New Hampshire’s four season playground. Short walk to the beach or take our canoe and kayaks to explore Hermit Lake or go fishing. This camp is centrally located and easy to get to. 20 minutes to Winnisquam, Winnipesaukee, and Newfound Lake. Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing. A perfect New England getaway all year long!

Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

Come enjoy a fun filled getaway at this centrally-located studio Cabin in the foothills of the White Mountains. Whether you are looking for outdoor adventures ranging from hiking, skiing, kayaking to birdwatching, we are close to it all. Then, in the evening, relax at the propane fire table with a glass of wine or build your own fire at the wood firepit (wood provided) and take advantage of the spectacular stargazing. The cabin has a smart TV and high-speed internet provided.

Beautiful, cozy, two-story post and beam private apartment at rear of historic home includes large southern exposure picture windows in living room and master bedroom, looking out on private woods and barn, as well as private porch entrance. One mile off I-93. Easy to Newfound Lake, Bristol, Meredith, Lake Winnipesaukee, Plymouth, Ragged Mtn. Resort. TV in living room has Netflix and Sling. No smoking or vaping on property. Located atop a ravine, centered on a 24 acre estate, in rural NH, this spot is a cozy retreat in nature with a few present day necessities. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.

Enjoy this one king bed, one bath cozy apartment on the second level of the old barn at Deepwell Farm, a 205 year old estate in lovely Wilmot, NH in the valley beneath Mount Kearsarge. Outdoor area includes a hot tub, fire pit, brand new large deck with dining table/seating, and a gas grill. 1 mile from Bank NH Pavillion and 5 miles from Weirs Beach.
