Our cozy upstairs studio can accommodates up to 4 and is separate from the main house. Plush towels, linen, pillows and blankets. Kitchenette is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. The private entrance is equipped with punch key lock to facilitate easy self check-in. A queen size sleep number bed, queen size pullout couch, table with four chairs, a dresser, one bathroom with shower, smart TV and WIFI. Heat and cooling. Spa services are available. Fun, private RV glamping on the famous Battenkill River. Our backyard is your slice of paradise. Trout fishing out the door! When the river is safe you can use inflatables or kayaks for floating down the river. Outside your own picnic area with table chairs and a fire pit and grill. Inside is a bath with shower but we recommend the outdoor hot shower. Kitchen has a gas stove and oven, microwave and a Refrigerator/Freezer. Radio and Cell Service. There's a licensed fenced in cannabis farm here!

Stay at our relaxing, mid-century retreat! The house was built in the 60s but has modern amenities. A 4-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended. Our house is conveniently located 7 miles from Stratton and 12 miles from the outlets/restaurants in Manchester. Floor to ceiling windows provide a stunning view of the property. Please note, the house has a non-working fireplace.
