Welcome to our cozy apt./condo! This is a newly constructed apartment great for a relaxing getaway! We are close to Silver Lake Sand Dunes but with plenty of peace and quiet, our 2-bedroom apartment is a 7-minute drive to the heart of Silver Lake and features an outdoor firepit and beautiful views of our pond and property. The sunsets are gorgeous and full of color. After a fun filled day on the dunes, or exploring the area, come back and relax with bonfires, bbq, sunsets and roaming wildlife.

There is plenty of parking and located only 1 mile from the dunes. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Don't be surprised if you see deer, turkeys, rabbits and other wildlife in the backyard. Correct number of guests required for an accurate price.

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

Mornings and evenings can be spent on the back porch surrounded by the woods. The Cottage is the perfect complement to a busy day at the lake. Ideal for 2 couples or a family with up to 3 children (appropriate for children ages 6 and up). Sleeping accommodations have been upgraded to 2 queen beds!

Explore the nearby White Pine Trail or visit Big Rapids just 15 minutes away. Relax with peaceful river views and abundant wildlife.
