Pickleball + Bike Trails! Kid’s play loft & 75” TV

We invite you to come stay at our modern townhome on the Back 40 trail system. The Metfield Park complex, which has a seasonal swimming pool (small entry fee), playground, pickleball courts, basketball court, 9-hole golf course (fee), pump track, and bike skills course is within easy walking distance. This amazing location is also right on the MTB trails and the new paved trail that winds to Blowing Springs Park where you can get trailside coffee. We are pet friendly with a fee (details below).

Cobbler is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat after hitting the trails or exploring NWArkansas. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes. No cats. No exceptions.

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fireplace to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. We encourage you to take a break in the soaker tub or grab a book and lounge on the king size bed in the primary bedroom. The bike trails, golf, and lakes are all around. The townhouse is 3 levels with lots of space. It is just a 5 - 7 minute walk to the Bentonville Square. The Bentonville Sq. hosts Fri evenings 1 time/month, Food, vendors & Music along with weekly Sat Farmer's Market. Restaurants, ice cream, shopping, dine in movie theater, are all less than a block. Walking trails just 5 - 7 min from the door and the famous Coler park Mountain Bike Trails - less than 1/2 mile. For those who walk or MTB the Airship coffee cafe is on the COLER Trail.

This special place is close to everything, INTERSTATE 49 is within one mile, (three miles to Razorback Stadium/Bud Walton & U of A campus, five miles to Dickson Street). With a pool (in season, May-September open/close dates vary, new hot tub that seats 6 and new GRILL with a tent to cover if it rains. Enjoy the waterfall (in season) near the Cabana and TIKI Bar.
