We are 1 mile from the Little Sugar Trail. 5 min to the Back 40 trail, 10 min to Bentonville. Super easy walk to the water & plenty of parking. WIFI 150 MBPS. Perfect for mountain biking, bikes blues & BBQ, Craft fair, wedding guests, fishing, & golf. We have three homes on Windsor so inquire about Lake Windsor Chateau and Pineywood Cottage which are both 3 bed 2 baths, and sleep 8 as well.

This spacious, 1,700 square foot remodeled townhome is located on Lake Rayburn, and it comes with 2 kayaks, paddleboard, and canoe. It is only 1/4 mile off highway 71 with easy access to the Back 40, Little Sugar Bike Trail, Bentonville bike trails, and golf courses. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. The master bedroom even has an adjustable king bed to help you recover from all your activities!

All basic (soap, hair dryer) items supplied including a fully equipped kitchen. 6 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa twin, & 1 full bed and full futon bed with 2.5 bathrooms (see access section.) Arcade games, in/outside games, a game table for cards/puzzle building, and a full-sized foosball game.

Waterfront efficiency apartment on Beaver Lake

Our lakefront home has a private walkout efficiency apartment with exceptional lake view from all windows and patio area that guests use privately. It includes a kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, basic utensils. There is a private bathroom with shower. Guests can swim, kayak or fish off the shoreline. Public beaches are within a short distance by boat or car. Water level of lake varies throughout the season so shoreline may be muddy when water is high.
