Close by to many museums, great restaurants, walking and mountain bike trails, and lots of entertainment.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

The Shack

Relax in this rennovated studio near the Beaver Shores community and Beaver Lake. The house is a quick drive away from the lake, 10 minutes from downtown Rogers, 20 minutes to the Walmart Amp, and is the perfect getaway for those looking to decompress. The Shack is a fully functional living space - complete with a driveway long enough to back in your boat, WiFi, full kitchen and bath, laundry, pull-out sleeper couch, two TVs and a separate master bed area with a beautiful pine feature wall.

It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

King sized bed in the bedroom plus a queen sized air mattress. Pool view but not for use of Airbnb guests.

We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals.
