Owners are a quiet couple who look forward to making your visit memorable.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located retreat! Within 3-miles of mall, shopping, dining, and top wineries. Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Urban studio #2 is in the heart of West Richland. Just a couple of blocks away from amazing restaurants, coffee shops, parks, the Yakima River, West Richland Golf Course, and so much more. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, or cozy home base while exploring everything Tri-Cities has to offer. Convenient location with PSC Airport, WSU Tri-Cities, and PNNL about 15 minutes away and the Hanford Site about 30 minutes away. There is free parking on premise!

West Richland Retreat: Cozy 2BR/2BA

This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is equipped with high speed WiFi, air condiitoning, and an in unit washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space. The second bedroom, equally inviting, offers another cozy queen bed and easy access to the second full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essential cookware to make it easy to whip up meals.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Upstairs apartment with own entrance. Enjoy the quiet country setting just minutes to town. Apartment is located directly above a small gym. Expect some gym noise between the hours of 6:30am and 8:30pm.
