Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Adorable 1 bedroom guest house

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly constructed guest house with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen and laundry. Close to the airport and Wal-Mart AMP and perfect for those Razorback home games. This little guest house will make the perfect stay for those out of town business professionals with high speed internet and nice little work area. King sized bed in the bedroom plus a queen sized air mattress. Pool view but not currently accessible to guests.

2nd Street Retreat - Studio w/ King Bed, Bike Shed

Stay in the heart of Bentonville! The Blue Flower is a cozy 400 sq ft studio offering easy access to all the sites around town. No need for a car, just lace your walking shoes or get on your bike, or rent a scooter and take a tour! Stroll through history at The Walmart Museum. Feast on the food of award winning chefs. Meander through Compton Gardens. Enjoy varied works of art at Crystal Bridges and The Momentary. Ride the bike trails! After a full day, chill inside with games or TV.

Backyard Casita, steps from the square!

Come stay in a tiny house that doesn't feel tiny at all! La Casita is a newly built backyard guesthouse just 3 blocks off the Bentonville square. 2 bed, 2 bath - Sleeps 4 with additional room for 1 on the couch. Queen bed in master bedroom + 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Full kitchen + outdoor dining area with a grill. Parking for 2 small cars. Guest house is completely separate from the main house. Private, unique, comfortable, and close to everything Bentonville has to offer!

After a day of biking (bike storage available) or exploring Bentonville, make yourself at home in our cozy loft apartment that is nestled in Downtown Bentonville. A perfect location, Lily's Loft is steps to the bike trails, amazing locally owned restaurants, authentic 3rd wave coffee shops and world class museums. You will be in the heart of it all.... The Momentary Museum, 8th St. Market, the Downtown Square and minutes to Crystal Bridges Museum. Bike storage with keypad available.

Rogers Beehive- 1mi off 49 & 1mi to Walmart AMP

Enjoy all NWA has to offer while staying in a detached studio apartment located in a private seven house subdivision. Our “bee” themed rental is just 1 mile from I-49 and one 1.5. miles from the Amp. Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your enjoyment. Trail-bike storage can be arranged in advance. Come and “BEE” our guest.

The Studio on Central

The studio on Central is a five minute walk to the Bentonville Square on stately tree lined Central Ave. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is about a 15 minute walk. Weekends always bring activities to the Square with Farmer's Market in the spring, summer and fall along with many events. We're also close to the Ozark Greenway Trail system which runs from Bentonville/Bella Vista to Fayetteville. Bicycles and walking are the best way of getting around.
