Within 30 min of Frankfort/Lk Michigan, Traverse City , Beulah/Crystal Lake, & approx 20 min from Interlochen Music Camp. Lakes & the Betsie River surround the area, making fishing and boating easily accessible. The BRLC is a nonsmoking property with a full house generator/new baby gear on sight.

This is a prime location for many activities such as fishing, golfing, skiing, hiking etc. Located on a rural dirt road that dead ends into state land with ORV trails that are snowmobile trails in winter (trail 3). Horseshoe driveway makes it convenient for trailer access.

Come relax & unwind in our Northern Michigan comfy, vintage rustic cottage. 1970s built, and original when we moved in, so we are bringing it up to date! If you are looking for that pristine luxury perfect cottage, this isnt it! She’s rustic, natural, and in the woods. We do keep everything clean and tidy, but being in the woods near the beach-it’s tough to have it 100% perfect. You also might get to experience a deer and her fawns walking by the kitchen bay window as you sip your coffee.
