A wood stove adds a warm glow to the shared patio. This 1920's shotgun-style four unit apartment building has been completely restored with all modern amenities. The Tenant House has a rich history on Main Street in downtown Richmond. Guests have access to all shared spaces I will be available 24/7 for contact via text, call, email, or in person. Information about the surrounding area and the unit will be provided. Walk to the latest downtown venues and jog round nearby parks from this location, directly across from the Richmond Visitors Center. Eastern Kentucky University is also convenient for here, while many places to eat and drink are on the doorstep.

River House - Cottage with KY River View & Access

Come relax at the peaceful river house. It feels like a retreat right on the Kentucky River with a party-sized dock for easy river access. It’s a cozy cottage on stilts with a breakfast bar on the porch and swing on the patio. Be surrounded by nature and beautiful views of the river and palisades. Tuck away in seclusion just minutes away from downtown Wilmore, Asbury University & Seminary. 35 minutes or less from LEX Bluegrass Airport, Keeneland and Shaker Village. This stable suite, featured in the hit series 50 States in 50 Days, is 1 of 5 suites attached to our barn, and very unique. A bedroom window looks directly into our goat’s stall! The private barn suite features a bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom. There is a private entry and free parking. The suite comfortable sleeps 2 adults. Breakfast and a glass of Bourbon included. Slipper Rock Cabin

Called “Slipper Rock” in memory of Bessie Lakes, an elderly lady that lived on farm many years ago. She could be heard laughing while playing in the stream that runs by the cabin. She called the stream “Slipper Rock”. The newly built cabin sits on 15 acres. Numerous hiking trails & horseback riding trails. Some trails in Daniel Boone National Forest. Bring your own horses. Relax sitting on porch, by fire pit or on rocks by stream. Nothing prettier than the night sky. Hope to see you all soon.

The Cabin on Panther Branch

Drive down Kentucky scenic highway 89 South just 9 miles south of McKee. The cabin is newly built and set back in a secluded area with a small creek running right beside the cabin and a larger creek just across the road. The Cabin on Panther Branch is a perfect place to come fish and kayak on the creek. Bring your ATV’s, side by side or dirt bikes and enjoy miles and miles of riding in S-Tree Tower in the Daniel Boone National Forest. We don’t think you will be disappointed with your stay.

Richmond Retreat by Raydarr Properties, LLC

Older home with lots of character located within walking distance of downtown Richmond. If you like the outdoors there is a porch with a swing, and a sitting area in the back yard with a fish pond. Located approx. 2 miles off of I-75. The driveway goes behind the house for parking, and is quite narrow. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park out front (which is also safe), if you are unable to squeeze through. The driveway side of the yard is open, so the backyard is not fully fenced.

The two door "saddlebag" cabin is surrounded by the Daniel Boone National Forest and near McKee, a Kentucky Trailtown. Nestled in a small valley, our quaint cabin is the perfect mountain getaway. Built in 1894, by the Lakes family, it has a romantic, rustic and nostalgic feel. If you are a history buff, interested in Appalachian culture, or just want a charming, outdoorsy and secluded getaway, this cabin is for you.
