Stay at Saluda Lake Landing in this unique lakefront property getaway that has a house, cafe, boat ramp, and dock. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and more. Once home, relax and cook the days catch indoors and out. This property is partially public as we do get other customers for the cafe, dock, and boat ramp. Alinea Farm is a working family farm. We are a 10-acre homestead full of farm animals and gardens. The airbnb is newly remodeled and situated above our detached garage. While our family home is not far, we have created a private space and are very mindful to provide quiet, peace, and privacy for our guests. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Welcome to my Cozy studio with a New King bed and a 1 bath studio only 10 min from downtown Greenville. This home is Duplex home (which means 2 homes side by side) But each home is its own unit. The only shared space is the back entry way/mud room, where you will find a washer /dryer unit. This home is right around the corner from a shopping plaza that offers good food and fun shopping. We are less than a mile from the swamp rabbit trail! Furman University is also 2.9 miles away.

Cute freshly renovated 2 bedroom 870 sq ft mobile home in the center of Sans Souci and 5 min drive from downtown Greenville with the best coffee shop in town right next door (Daydrinkers). City bikes included that you can ride to the Swamp Rabbit trail. Also next door to a bicycle shop that hosts several rides a week. Main room has king bed with super comfy memory foam mattress and guest room has queen bed. Coffee and snacks provided.
