Benvenuti alla Baita Nonna Maria, un rifugio intimo e autentico dove la natura è la vera protagonista. La baita si trova in una posizione unicamente isolata ma facilmente raggiungibile, un equilibrio raro che regala privacy assoluta senza rinunciare alla comodità. Intorno, solo il bosco, il profumo della resina e una vista mozzafiato che si apre sulle montagne come un quadro che cambia con le stagioni. Sulla cima di una collina, circondata da vigneti e coltivazioni , si erge il fienile di "Torre Scilano", luogo incantevole, situato lungo la via "Bregaglia" , il cui sfondo sono le cascate dell'Acquafraggia. Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Ciclabile a pochi metri, possibilità di numerose escursioni, 10 minuti da Chiavenna, 30 minuti dal Lago di Como e dalla Ski Area Valchiavenna.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
