100% Renovated Bristol Cottage w/Water View+Access

Fisherman's cottage in Bristol has been a labor of love for us since we purchased it in October of 2022. We have spent every bit of our available free time renovating + decorating and have loved every minute! There is so much history not only in our historic town of Bristol, but also in this house which was occupied for the previous 20 years by local fishing legend "Mickey" who did much of the woodwork himself. If you are looking for a peaceful place to visit our "Sherman House" is surely it.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our beach cottage sits on Plymouth Long Beach, a peninsula that is 3 miles long and juts out into Cape Cod Bay. The cottage is the first on the beach road and is situated in the middle of the peninsula with Plymouth harbor on the back side and the open ocean across the road in the front. There are decks on both sides where you can enjoy watching the gorgeous sunrises in the front and the spectacular sunsets on the harbor side in the back.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.

The space is a cozy, very roomy & quiet. The Suite is decorated with Coastal decor from New England and Sanibel Island. It includes a private bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. The living room has an entertainment center with a TV, Dvd, WiFi, couch, electric recliner, Mini fridge, microwave & Kuerig coffee maker. The area is located in the lower half of the house and has a private entrance with a lock & key. The suite is private from the living area of the homeowner.
