Our 1781 Log Cabin has been meticulously designed with hand picked, curated pieces that give this authentic log home a modern chic yet cozy feel. As soon as you walk through the front door, you will know you have picked the right spot for a relaxing getaway. PLEASE BE ADVISED: The complex is undergoing significant improvements. Disturbance from construction should be expected Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. Inside of the Cabin is not affected.

We furnish the Solar lights for at night, fresh water, and a modern outhouse a short walk away. Access to the Appalachian Trail and game lands is under a mile away.

The cabin is the original Settler's Cabin on the Gruber Homestead settled in 1737 by Henrich Gruber. The restoration combines the originality of the cabin with the modern amenities that make this a unique and comfortable getaway experience. Located on a rural property of 28 acres in Berks County, PA. Miniature donkeys and horses graze the pastures and add to the charm of the cabin. No pets allowed.
