Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Bearbrook Cabin, nestled on the side of a mountain, offers modern amenities in a rustic natural setting. Watch the brook run down the mountain while sipping coffee on the deck. Listen to the birds and river while working remotely in the sun room. Conveniently located to 4-season recreation: hiking, hunting, fishing, swimming, boating, skiing, snowmobiling, ATVing and more. 30 min from Rumford, Bethel, Sunday River, Black Mountain, and Mt. Mountain View Studio

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

Waterfront! Hot tub & dock with kayaks on private lake. Enjoy the screen pavilion with sofa & fire table and bright, wood lined cottage with all you need for a peaceful getaway-Japanese soaking tub, (small) Heat/AC, +fast wifi. Cook in the kitchen or grill in the beach side pavilion. Walk the trails around the lake through forest & meadow to the nearby State Forest & Gold Mine Trail. We group the 3 cottages to preserve the shore for nature to thrive-message to reserve all 3 for total privacy

Enjoy the landscaped back yard w/ fire pit & screened in patio. Hang inside & enjoy the view from the sunroom, or snuggle up on the couch in the cozy living room with wood stove.

This is a secluded log cabin surrounded by a beautiful environment that provides peace and quiet for a relaxing family vacation. The cabin is decorated with quintessential mountain and wilderness décor to add to the experience. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a wonderful meal and has cutlery and plates for 8 people. The cabin also has 8 bath towels as well as 6 towels to be used at the river, waterfalls or lake. It is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay!
