Welcome to our beautiful beachside studio, the Ledges. It’s located on over an acre of property in the rustic west of Bermuda. Take strolls on our country road to the local farm. The bus stop is steps away to take public transportation to Dockyard or to Hamilton. Or spend your days on the property at one of 2 private beaches. The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The studio has its own private, large upper deck for entertaining or relaxing where the sunsets are just stupendous!!! Airport pick-ups and island tours can be arranged through your host.

Features A/C, king size TEMPURPEDIC bed, Queen sofa-bed, 55" TV, WI-FI(fiber), KOHLER bubble-massage tub, full kitchen, granite countertops, washer/dryer, private patio, EV Car Charge Point/Outlets, Electric Fireplace, partial ocean view and in the unlikely event of power loss - full solar/battery backup and full generator backup if all else fails! .

Our cozy apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood , perfectly positioned between the capital of Hamilton and stunning South Shore beaches. We are a 25 minute taxi drive from the airport, 5 minute walk to a grocery store/bus stop and 15 minute walk to stunning Elbow Beach. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with tub/shower, kitchen with full size appliances and washer/dryer. There are air conditioners and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room for your comfort .

Cozy Studio across from beach

This Cozy studio is located directly across from one of Bermudas most family friendly beaches. There is a large field with a walking track and an outdoor basketball court across the street, and bus stops are easily accessible. Eve's pond nature reserve is a two-minute walk away and you can get there along scenic walking trails. A mile away is Flatts Village which is home to restaurants, and the Bermuda Aquarium and Zoo. A mile in the opposite direction are restaurants and a large supermarket.

If you love the beach ,sunsets ,casual walks, fishing , the Beach front apt is for you. the apt is a large lower fully equipped apt . with a beach natacal decor there is also a large upper yard with a picnic table and barbecue ,the beach front apt is located at the Entrance of Tobacco Bay Beach. guests also get discounts at the beach for food and lounge chairs the beachfront apt is in the historic Town of St Georges walking distance to forts ,beaches ,St Regis 5 forts golf course.

Cottage is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, bathroom and living / dining room as well as a private patio area. Nearest beach is a 5-10 minute walk and the bus stop a similar distance. 2 restaurants are within walking distance (The Reefs and Henry VIII). This well suited charming large studio suite, is located in a quite neighborhood, surrounded by coconut palm tress, beautiful flowers and much more.

Our 2 bedroom apartment enjoys spectacular views over the harbour in the historic town of St. Georges. Public transportation (Bus and Ferry), good shopping, restaurants, the waterfront, museums, churches, segway tours, beautiful beaches (Tobacco Bay, Cooper's Island, Fort St. Catherine’s Beach), pubs, and cafes are all located within walking distance of the property.

Oceanfront Romance Haven — Poolside Bliss + Kayaks

This is a very quaint unit, and has been well received by guests who have stayed there. As you look out of the front door of the entrance to the unit, you can see the pool which is 5 feet away. You will also be able to see the clear blue ocean from your bed as you look out. It is a very romantic unit with its blue walls which blends in with its environment.
