This charming home, situated in a safe, quiet neighborhood is 10 minutes from the WMA. Black River and Current River are close and ideal for duck hunting, fishing, trap range, and water sports. It is 2 minutes from all local restaurants, shopping, a paved, outdoor walking track, tennis courts/pool, and local airport. Our local community center offers golf, basketball, volleyball, weight rooms, racquetball, an indoor track, and a kids recreational area, located less than 5 minute from this house.

Looking forward to a ideal country cabin Christmas with all the traditional Christmas experiences! Fully decorated and ready to kick back watch some old Christmas movies, bake some cookies or relax in the beautifully lit claw foot tub or roast some delicious marshmallows next to the large rock fireplace located in the living room.
