Quiet country surroundings with so much natural beauty. Scandinavian-style modern interior the barn has two levels combining elements of comfort and light. The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Watch the Aurora Australis from the beach or the sunrise over the ocean from your private deck. Warm, one-bedroom cottage, surrounded by wildflowers, has 3 beds and a cot. Kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster, electric benchtop cooker & airfryer. Ensuite bedroom has queen bed and cot. The spacious lounge/dining room has 2 fold-out double sofabeds. Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.

This unique place has a style all its own. Come and enjoy some peace and quiet admiring the outstanding views of Mount Benger in your own wood stoked stainless steel hot tub. The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Totally private, cosy beach house equipped with all the creature comforts and only steps away from direct access to a gorgeous, prestine beach. Nature at its best will offer views of incredible sea lions while out on your beach walk but be mindful to respect their space for your safety and theirs. Accommodation suitable for adults only. If you do not drive and will be taking buses this might not be suitable accommodation.
