The space is an actual entire private suite: living room, hallway, bathroom, and bedroom. This space is all yours and NOT shared; it’s separated from my part of the house by two closed/locked doors. Walking distance to the Thibodaux Regional Health System, within two miles of Nicholls State University, The Bayou Country Children's Museum and Historic Downtown Thibodaux. There is plenty to explore.

Cajun Cottage located on the Bayou Teche in Downtown New Iberia's Historic Main St. The property is lined with old Oak and Cypress trees with a beautiful view of the bayou. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shopping. 8 miles from Avery Island. Light breakfast items, coffee, milk, and juice provided. The cottage is a private space with kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and screened in patio. Very private and peaceful setting.

Slow down and be transported to another time and place in this 1834 creole cottage along Bayou Teche. The huge live oaks with their draped Spanish moss surround the home. The home features a huge back porch overlooking the bayou to do some birdwatching. The center hall allows for a nice breeze. There’s a queen bed and claw foot tub downstairs, two full beds and bathroom upstairs.
