This unique treehouse was built by me with my own two hands during the pandemic. The architect styled design is one of a kind with huge windows and custom bathroom/kitchen. My grandparents once owned and operated a dairy farm on the land. I want to share the treehouse and surrounding area with my guests. Located on the historic Rt 100 ski highway with easy access to Killington/Pico (20 min), Sugarbush (40 min) & Okemo (45 min). Private salt water hot tub directly under treehouse, new in 2026!

This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

The Barnbrook House

Come relax in the serenity of the quiet countryside. This home boasts beautiful views, a large stone fireplace, and stained glass windows throughout the home. Enjoy the comforts of home with a full kitchen, amenities, and beds with 1500 thread count sheets while exploring the interesting features of this one of a kind house. Sit by the spring fed pond overlooking the property laced with apple trees. The home has direct access to short walking trails and is close to VAST trails for snowmobiling.

Enjoy the glow of the rising sun and beautiful views above the fog, unwind in the hot tub surrounded by the magical woods and wildlife of Vermont.

Off Grid Secluded Cabin on 37 Acre Farm

In a secluded, hand-crafted off the grid cabin, come and enjoy the elements with us at Drift Farmstead. A 3-minute walk leads you through gardens and pasture, to Ravenwood, a small, intimate cabin with everything you need. Be it an extended weekend tucked in seclusion, amongst the birds, river and trees, or find the comforts of a 37 acre small farm nestled in the mountains and settle in, working from afar. Top shelf skiing at Sugarbush is near, along with Vermont's finest grub and beer.

1958 Classic "Hunting Cabin" w/ Breathtaking Views

Welcome to CAMP TREETOPS, located in the heart of the beautiful Vermont mountains. Our cabin is nestled at the top of a private mountain, surrounded by breathtaking views of Killington, Pico mountains, and the White River. Originally purchased from a Sears & Roebuck catalog as a hunting cabin owned by the same family until 2019. The cabin has since been transformed into its original vintage classic camp décor with antique furnishings and unique vintage finds that take you back in time.

Private guest house situated on over 250 acres, with fully equipped gourmet kitchen and great views of quiet fields and valley. Pond with diving board for swimming in the summer. Giant sledding hill is a favorite of children and adults alike. Trails on property for hiking, xc- skiing, and snowshoeing. 15 mins to Woodstock VT. 45 mins to Killington,Pico and Okemo. Skiing, snow biking 10 minutes away at Middlebury Snow Bowl and Rikert crosscountry. Sugarbush and Killington half hour drive. Snowshoeing and hiking right behind house in the Green Mountain National Forest. Easy drive to river swimming holes and lakes. Excellent restaurants in Waitsfield and Middlebury - about half hour. Good restaurant, cafe, small grocery store, in Rochester, 4 miles. Great location, beautiful views, lovely little house, totally private, romantic.

Affordable, private, 30 min to Killington

Enjoy the summer in beautiful Vermont. The guest area is the entire main floor of a large house with my quiet second home above. Private entrance, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom with washer and dryer, speedy fiber optic internet. The open kitchen has full sized stove and fridge with good cookware and appliances, adjacent to a large open living area. On a paved scenic road. Go up to Silver Lake for a swim, head out on any of the back roads for a run or a ride.
