Welcome to our cozy house in the White Mountains, NH! Our 3-bed, 2-bath home is perfect for relaxing & outdoor activities - ski, bike, hike, golf, and leaf peeping. Located in downtown Bethlehem with shops & restaurants - 12 min to Cannon Mountain, 17 min to Bretton Woods, and 8 min to Littleton. Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, comfortable bedrooms, and a family room in the basement. Outside you'll find a hot tub, fire pit, and trails. Come for the mountains, stay for the charm that Littleton has to offer! This drive-up studio unit in our 1890s Carriage House Home sits high above the bank of the Ammonoosuc River in downtown Littleton. Walk to shops and restaurants after a day of hiking, skiing, or biking. Access to our private river beach spring-fall. Sleeps up to 4 (best for 3) with a king bed, full-size pullout, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for a comfortable stay for touring the town or experiencing the mountains!

This is our second home for the past 20 years, we are happy to share it! We are dog friendly, we consider your dogs people, therefore they count towards the 4 "person" guest total. We have no cleaning fee, as frequent guests elsewhere we think they can be "scamish" on airbnb, therefore, we don't charge one. However, we expect you to clean our home well before check out including vacuuming so that when we do it again, if our next guests have allergies they are likely to do well ! thanks!

We have direct access to the snowmobile trails, which are also lovely for walking on in the warmer months. We are in the heart of the White Mountains and a quick 10 minute drive will lead you to dozens of trailheads, many river spots for swimming, and lots of forest roads for exploring.

The second story loft hosts two queen beds, blackout curtains, AC and a full Kitchen. The main floor mud room, with full size laundry, is a perfect for securing Skis, Mountain bikes or even a pet crate while you explore town. (two car garage is not included in this rental).
