Il est à 10 mn en tram de Jean Medecin (zone commerciale principale de la ville) et à 15 mn de la Promenade des Anglais et plage . il est très bien desservi par les bus comme par le tram qui est a 2mn à pieds du studio, magasins et restaurants à proximité. le tram vous mène jusqu'à l aéroport. Gare à proximité.
