Rosnowo is a tourist town located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, 20 km from Koszalin, on Lake Rosnowskie. The location among forests with access to a lake with a sandy beach is a perfect starting point for the whole family. For those longing for sea views, the nearest seaside town is Mielno, approx. 30 km away. There are 3 identical holiday houses on the fenced property. Guests can count on peace and quiet. The holiday home has 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. Electric heating. The cottage has a covered terrace with a set of lounge furniture. There is a grill available. You can also rent (at an additional cost) bikes for the entire period of your stay. The price includes: bed linen, gas consumption, parking. Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Lake Rosnowskie is rich in many types of fish and is a very popular reservoir by anglers. Fans of bathing and canoeing will also find something for themselves. There is a water equipment rental in the area (rowing boats, kayaks, pedal boats). At a distance of approx. 400 m, there is a year-round resort with full infrastructure, which can be used (of course for an additional fee) also by guests from outside the hotel: indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi (open in the summer season), salt cave, sauna, gym, solarium, bar, restaurant. In the area, it is worth seeing elements of the hydrotechnical complex of the Rosnowo hydroelectric power plant with a 10 m high dam and the remains of a farm complex from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Several bicycle routes run through Rosnowo, which you can use to reach the neighboring, attractive settlements. In Koszalin (provincial city), about 20 km away, you can find various shops, shopping malls and many good restaurants. The entire complex, including the sauna and barrel, is for the exclusive use of guests. The interior of the house ensures comfort and convenience, offering spacious rooms equipped with, among others, a kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine. For guests, there is also a terrace where you can relax to the sounds of nature. The house is friendly for two medium-sized pets, making it an ideal place for entire families with four-legged friends. Escaping everyday life to this secluded spot allows for complete rest amidst the proximity of nature. The surroundings of Saunowisko in Kępa offer various outdoor attractions, such as a large lawn ideal for team games, as well as a designated place for a bonfire. Guests also have access to volleyball equipment and bicycles, allowing for active leisure. The nearest restaurant in the Amber Palace is located 1.5 km from the property, and walks to the nearby lakes and forests mean that every day can be different. Water lovers will find a lake within a short walk, as well as opportunities for water sports around 10 km from Saunowisko.
