This apartment can be rented as (1) bedroom for up to (2) guests or as (2) bedroom for up to (4) guests. It is $50/night additional cost for the (2) bedroom. Please confirm the second bedroom is available if interested. Either option has a full bathroom with claw foot tub and shower. Full service kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave for your private use. Large living room with (2) couches and flat screen. The very large master bedroom with the ultra comfortable king size mattress also has cable tv. . Both the one bedroom and two bedroom option have their own private entrance, private kitchen and bath on the third floor. No shared space with anyone else with either the one or two bedroom rental options. Private entrance. Close to all public transportation and Portland International Airport Parking in the driveway is a possibility, please ask if interested. Street parking is available, it is based on an odd /even system of the street address. You want to be parked on the same side as the date would be at 12:01 AM on any given day. Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

Our newly built guest suite is a private studio apartment attached to our main home situated above our garage. It has a king bed, small sitting area, thoughtful kitchenette, private balcony deck, A/C, and full private bath. We've had our share of diverse travel experiences so...we satisfied our own tastes by creating a space we would want to stay in...a very comfortable bed, bright and soothing scandi-style decor, a heated bathroom floor, rainshower, and private deck.

The Retreat at Crystal Lake Farm

This getaway features two spacious bedrooms plus an upstairs bedroom loft, sleeping up to 6 with ease. The large bathroom is accessed by both the master bedroom and living room and features on-site laundry. For guests who love to cook the kitchen is fully equipped and the deck is a perfect place to relax in the summer and enjoy the view. In colder seasons guests are encouraged to cozy up by the wood-burning stove or use the outdoor BARREL SAUNA.

If you’re looking for more space and amenities than staying in a hotel room, but still want the cleanliness and professionalism you’d expect from one, then you may enjoy staying here. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) COME ENJOY PRIVACY AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS. There are many summer and winter activities very close by and we look forward to hosting you.

Our large, light, 2nd floor studio is airy and modern with a deck overlooking the garden, ocean and sunrise.
