Updated in all the best ways with all new beds, bedding, 43 inch Smart TV, Ring Camera, wifi thermostat and 2 Echo Dots. Surrounding towns offer entertainment, restaurants and more with just a short drive. NO CATS

Deer Run Lodge Guest Quarters is nestled within a wooded area in Yorkville. It's a great place to get away for vacation or while on a work trip. It has the amenities you need while you are away from home. Feels out of the way, yet is close to stores, restaurants and various activities. Area Activities: -Raging Waves -Fox River is perfect for water activities -Marge Cline Whitewater Course -Silver Springs State Park -Saw WeeKee Park for mountain biking Restaurants within a 5-20 minute drive.

Peaceful Private Coach-House in St. Charles

Enjoy our cozy and peaceful Coach-house , private entrance with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Newly renovated and updated throughout. Queen bed with mattress topper, studio area includes Smart TV, water station, Keurig coffee machine and quick-set lock. Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Not suitable for children or pets.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located just 3 blocks/5 minute from downtown. Walking distance to Blumen Gardens and The Regale Center. Apartment is above garage in the historic district of Sycamore. Private laundry room is available to guests and free of charge. If you’re coming for the car show in July we are just 1 block from where the car display starts. Sycamore Steam Show is approximately 7miles/15 minutes. City park is 1 block from apartment.

The Cozy Den

Welcome to our cozy little corner of the world! We are located just a few blocks east of downtown St. Charles & the gorgeous Fox River and about an hour's drive/train ride to downtown Chicago. You’ll be staying in a renovated studio basement space (which doesn’t feel like a basement at all). It’s a completely separate space with its own entrance & electronic keypad. It is our priority to create an experience for you that is cozy, comfortable, and relaxing! Hope to see you soon!

We have a cozy one bedroom apartment that is available on the top floor of the home and has its own independent and separate entrance! Comes with free parking on premises; recently renovated; neighborhood is safe and quiet. Shopping center with grocery store, laundry mat and restaurant is available within walking distance! We are only 5 minutes from the expressway I-88 and 10 minutes from Naperville and the outlet mall in Aurora!

Enjoy a stay within walking distance of 3 parks and about a mile from downtown Oswego and its quaint shopping area. Nestled in the middle of a great neighborhood, you'll feel safe and be able to enjoy a quick getaway or an extended stay. If you're interested in visiting Chicago, we're close enough for day trips to the city (about 45 miles) but far enough to save some money. You'll definitely have a great time here!
