Situated on 14 wooded acres and stretching along 1200 feet of private waterfront including a marina with available boat slips and a boat launch on site. The view from our location is spectacular and there are no neighbouring properties outside the resort!

Peace in the Trees

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. No cell phone service so you can really disconnect. Go for a hike, or snowshoe just outside the door. If you feel adventurous take a drive to the wineries minutes away, or up to Apex ski hill 21 km away. If you are visiting during winter months, good winter tires are recommended. Are driveway is plowed and sanded. Sleep peacefully among the treetops in this private suite 20 minutes from Penticton BC, the city of beaches.

The barn doors open completely to the outdoors, which adds character to the spacious living area (and sometimes a bit of dust and hay!) Enjoy the charm of the rural setting - just 20 minutes from Kelowna. Enjoy hiking, quad trails, outdoor BBQing and walking the mini horses. We have a separate building a few steps away with a washroom, shower, and sauna. The Cozy Cabin offers many kitchen appliances, coffee maker, grill, electric fry pan, dishes plus many more misc, to make your stay more enjoyable.
