A pagoda style private studio that is breezy with an ocean view. It is walking distance to the village of La Jolla and the world renowned Cove Beach. The house was built in the early 1920’s by a woman who did missionary work in Asia and was fascinated by the architecture. It is nestled at the foot of Country Club Drive in a quiet residential neighborhood and is very close to an excellent selection of bars and restaurants that are about a 10-20 minute walk away. Welcome to my lovely Bird Rock home, a perfect spot to unwind and experience all that La Jolla has to offer. You can stroll directly down Camino de la Costa to Windansea Beach or venture into Bird Rock for excellent dining, coffee, wine, and shopping! Extra charge of $150 per day for pool heating at 82 degrees , $200 per day for 88 degrees Please let us know in advance if you would like to include this in your reservation.
