Charming house with an open and large living room that is perfect for relaxing, working or for family. The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

En nybyggd stuga med plats för många, i lugnt område med 3 km från Luleå centrum. Huset är barnvänligt och rymmer större sällskap kortare perioder och mindre sällskap längre perioder. Värmereglage på väggen med golvvärme i alla rum. God ventilation! Uteplats, tillgång till gård och friluftsområden. Närhet till affär och kiosk. säg till så guidar vi eller tipsar om platser! Ormbergets friluftsområde finns 10 minuters promenad från boendet likaså Skurholmsberget. lugnt, tyst med fin utsikt!

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Välkommen till Sjöstugan. Belägen vid Lulefjärden i en vacker skog med privat strand. 12 km från stadskärnan, 4 km från Luleå Airport (Kallax) och 100 km söder om Polarcirkeln. Läge i en livsmiljö som besöks av ett fyrtiotal fågelarter varav 15 häckar regelbundet, t.ex. lärkfalk, korp, hackspettar, tärnor, sjöfågel och drillsnäppa. Ibland även älg, säl, havsöring och sällsynta besök av björn och de flesta vintrar ren.
