Квартира-студия на 21 этаже . До моря пешком 10-15минут. Рядом супермаркет Carrefour и Агрохаб, аптека, поющие фонтаны. На первом этаже дома есть небольшой магазин. Из минусов: напротив на данный момент идет стройка и может быть шумно.
