Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI. Lovely, newly renovated, but retro influenced studio on a large lot away from the street. Come by, cool off (it's always cooler in Blacks) and watch the deer play. No deer? Look to the sky and you may see a bald eagle. Within a few blocks is the Kitchen restaurant, Irving / liquor store, the harbour, Connor Bros & Cooke's Aquaculture. A bit further is the Grand Manan ferry, sea glass beach, Connor Bros Nature Preserve and the Pea Point Lighthouse.
