Sleeps 4-6 people. 1600 sq ft house with 2 BR, 2 Baths, den, and a beautiful open concept living dining and kitchen. Queen air mattress for den. NOTE: 6/25 upgraded to Starlink. The apartment is located in the front of the property. This property overlooks a small pasture and surrounded by woods with several small creeks and trails. More pasture is in the rear of property. Large porch off the apartment for sitting and bird watching.

Our home and apartment are on a 4 acre wooded lot located just outside Kings Mountain in a quiet subdivision. It's a great place to walk or bike ride. We're located 25 miles from Charlotte International Airport, 5 miles from I85 and 75 miles from Asheville, NC. The apartment is attached to our home with a connecting breezeway. It has a private entrance, screened porch, ceiling fans and parking area.
