Queen sized rice bed, new bath room, kitchenette with gas stove and microwave. Keurig coffee. Leather sofa bed with 40” tv. Coffee table/laptop table. Expandable kitchen table. Large front porch. Washer and dryer. This is a quaint COTTAGE. It's not a mansion, but a home where l raised my children. No pet allergies please.

Welcome to this peaceful, centrally-located private apartment, just minutes from Aiken Airport and I-20 highway. A few things to note: We kindly ask that you park only in the driveway spot in front of the door. No pets are allowed, as our dog doesn’t get along with other animals. Our kids play outside during the day, so it might be lively, but evenings are calm and serene. We’re looking forward to hosting you and hope you’ll feel right at home!
