Kangaroo Creek Cottage

We have created a calm, serene country-style cottage with all the trimmings, located on a separate block of land against the backdrop of the bush teeming with local wildlife. You can relax on the porch in the morning or evening watching the golden light make its way across the valley, while enjoying a coffee or wine and seasonal treats from our greenhouse, or larder. Enjoy the Fryers Ridge Nature Reserve with many kilometers of tracks, fantastic for hiking, mountain biking and horse riding.

Nestled in a beautiful rural setting away from the hustle and bustle of busy town and city living. Little Pine Trentham was originally a tennis clubhouse located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne before being relocated to its serene setting located a short walk along the Domino trail or drive to the main road of Trentham. The cottage has recently been converted by a talented interior designer into a comfortable and contemporary retreat providing all the necessities of modern living. .

My cabin is close to great views, restaurants, and family-friendly activities. It is self contained and sixty metres from main house, set on 3 acres where complete privacy is assured. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and is pet friendly. Situated in a small hamlet, the views are out to the Ranges and Hanging Rock. Roosters crow in the mornings, and sheep graze just over the fence. Oil heater and electric blankets keep things snug and cozy through winter.

In the heart of the Goldfields region there is plenty to explore including outdoor activities, the arts, festivals, historical sites and great cafes, restaurants and wineries.
