In 20 mins, you are at the foot of the ski mtn in Sun Valley! You’ll love our charming Guest House with it's cozy warm ambiance and beautiful outdoor surroundings. We have a 3night minimum bkg policy, but for those coming from Twin/Boise for a wkend, pls feel free to inquire for an exception.

Downtown Studio, your Ketchum/Sun Valley home

The Studio is located on the first floor of a three story townhouse. Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio, located 2 1/2 blocks from the Ketchum Town Square, short walk to restaurants, shops and parks in Ketchum. Just 1 mile from the world renowned Sun Valley Resort. Half a mile to River Run Gondola, short bus ride to Warm Springs side of Baldy. Easy access to bike path, free bus service, golf courses and hiking. We do not recommend the studio for more than 2 or 3 people.

Quiet Sun Valley/Hailey Studio

The private ground floor studio apartment to my home has a kitchenette, outdoor seating area for coffee, one queen sized bed, two twin sized foam pads for placement on rug for extra guest, shower, very cool in summer due to cement floors and ground floor entrance, dining area and good natural light. Hiking behind the house! Walk-to-Hailey-downtown. There is a 20.00 cash dog fee per day. Dogs cannot be left without their owners in the studio. No cats, sadly, due to allergies.
