Welcome to our cozy 3-bed, 1-bath retreat in beautiful Frankfort, Mi! Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

A beautiful country getaway, our guest cottage is meticulously clean and comfortably furnished. A living room, bedroom with queen bed and bathroom, all set in a quiet and private cottage on our 30 acre property. Relax on the deck and gaze out at the pastures where the horses graze. We have ponds, creeks and woods to enjoy. We are 5 mins from Lake Michigan, 30 mins to Sleeping Bear Dunes, 10 mins to Frankfort and Crystal Lake. Beautiful views wherever you look. It's a perfect place to unwind.

Boasting a Queen size bed, a full kitchen and bathroom, and everything in between, you are bound to have a relaxing getaway... with a little bit of adventure! The Beresford was renovated in 2015 and has its own 55 ft. of Lakefront, dock, and rowboat. Lower Herring Lake is an all sports lake with a gradual change in depth for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Enjoy incredible sunsets. Sleeps 6-8. Queen BR main level, 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen in one & twin beds in the other. Two rollaway comfy cots as well. Bath on each level. Full kitchen, fireplace, flatscreen with DVD player, washer/dryer, gas grill, fire pit & WIFI. No smoking, no pets.
