We welcome all to enjoy our condo in Helen, Ga. We are keen on comfort and cleanliness and hope that you will find our home meets all the requirements for your carefree vacation. Our unit has two master suites, a fully appointed kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a screen porch with hot tub. We are within walking distance to all the amenities of Helen, and a short car ride to most outdoor activities in the area. We ask that you do not smoke in our unit, if so, we will collect $200. This studio apartment ie, one large area, is divided into specially designed spaces. It has been newly renovated There is one Queen bed and one Sofa bed with one full bath. As you approach the apartment you will pass through the 10'x20' foot covered patio, newly furnished and waiting to be enjoyed.

We have had as many as 16 people stay there overnight. * We are 3 hour drive from Gatlinberg, less than 15 miles from Toccoa Falls, Piedmont, North GA tech, and Truitt McCollege Colleges. * We are 40 miles from the Appalachian trail, and 20 miles from Helen, GA. Very quiet and restful. 100 miles from ATL and/or Greenville-Spartanburg Airports.
