The Rockholt River house is one level sitting on 2 level acres with a fenced back yard on the beautiful Hiwassee River in Georgetown, TN with its own Dock! Our home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Best of small town river life with all conveniences like Wifi. Boat ramp at house is not useable however a Public Boat Ramp (Hwy 58) is less than a mile away . Bring your Boat and Floats for some relaxation!

Come relax and recharge at The Perch on the Pond, the best kept secret on the Cumberland Plateau! The Perch is a completely remodeled 3 bed/2 bath private home which sleeps 4 people maximum. We are a Pet Friendly retreat on a 13 acre private fishing lake which is restocked year round with catfish, bass, bluegill, crappie. We provide Kayaks and Paddleboards for guests. We are located on Dayton Mountain between Dayton and Pikeville and within an hours drive of Chattanooga and Crossville.

Blue bird tiny house in country setting

Unplug & unwind in a small cabin in a rural setting near our other guest house, minutes from stores & area attractions ie state parks, the 127 yard sale and hang gliding. There’s no Wi-Fi or cable tv but we provide a tv/DVD player and DVDs. Pine ceiling & tiled shower - the water heater is also tiny (5 gallon) so plan accordingly. We appreciate: if you put used laundry in the shower; and give a general idea of arrival and departure. 240 sq ft - kitchenette, bathroom & full size bed.

**NEWLY REMODELED** The Cozy Nest features a guest suite a private entrance, 1 Bedroom w/ queen bed, addl. bed in living room, kitchen, and full bath- with a washer and dryer in the unit! You should find everything you would need for cooking and preparing meals if you don't just ask! Enjoy the balcony porch with breathtaking views. The stars at night are amazing! We have a telescope available if desired, as well! Let us know if you would like farm fresh eggs from the chickens!
