Welcome to our Quiet Coastal Contemporary! Enjoy an Old Fashioned Southern New England Breakfast as you view Mt. Hope Bay after spending the night in our comfortable bedroom with queen size bed and spacious, bright adjacent private bath. In our naturally beautiful little corner of the world, you will experience excellent restaurants, an easy drive to Newport mansions, beaches, and scenic drives - stone walls, farms, wineries, water views! Convenient drive to Boston, Providence, or Cape Cod.

Carriage House at 26 Pearl Street

There are 2 seperate suites for rent. These are not connected but both open up to a large, private terrace surrounded by gardens. Relax and enjoy the charms of downtown Mystic. Located on the historic property of Captain William Morgan, an 18th century sea captain, this private Carriage House is situated just a 1/4 block from downtown, in the heart of Mystic, but also quiet & secluded. The larger suite sleeps 3 with a king bed and smaller full size futon. The smaller suite has a king bed.

Sweet stay by the ocean w breakfast (1 of 2 rooms)

SWEET STAY is what I call this guest room because many times when guests are leaving they say " thank you for a sweet stay." It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST and is served between 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon and clothing store as well as souvenir shop and more . Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot. Pickle ball is a 10 minute walk. Kitchen is not available for guest cooking. Ready cooked meals are fine.

15 minutes from the University of Connecticut on pristine Coventry Lake. Our B&B has all modern amenities. We offer a second floor bedroom and a private bath in our recently built home.
