There are 2 seperate suites for rent. These are not connected but both open up to a large, private terrace surrounded by gardens. Relax and enjoy the charms of downtown Mystic. Located on the historic property of Captain William Morgan, an 18th century sea captain, this private Carriage House is situated just a 1/4 block from downtown, in the heart of Mystic, but also quiet & secluded. The larger suite sleeps 3 with a king bed and smaller full size futon. The smaller suite has a king bed.

This is a nice traditionally furnished one bedroom apartment. The kitchen is small but functional. The neighborhood is mixed but changing rapidly. Lots of new housing . .Most people who stay here for more than a few days get over it and I've had a number of people stay longer term .It does have a great bathroom and very comfortable bedroom plus the fireplace in the living room.please this is a complete apartment. No shared kitchen or bath.please the heat stays at 70 degrees not above.

Use it as a home base for the Philharmonic, the crash pad for the destination wedding for extended family or a chill few days at the beach. Wander back along the beach from a late night at Coast Guard. And just live in an unpretentious oasis. It’s not fancy, it’s a really great spot with parking for at least 6 cars within a Roger Clemens’ stones throw from the beach.
