Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Go for a swim, kayak, paddle board ride or even quahog in the Salt Pond which is just a few steps away from your front door. Grab dinner directly across the street at Captain Jacks & the Matunuck Oyster Bar. Or setup your lawn games, relax with friends and family & fire up the BBQ. Family friendly vacation!

The entire cottage is yours, with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, patio with picnic table, living room and sunroom all offering stunning views of the water and evening sunsets. Just a short walk to a sand bar (great for walking and kids) and near multiple beaches. A very quiet and safe neighborhood .

Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.

Riverview beach cottage

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.
